5 Man Rail Saw

The 5 Man Rail Saw is a railroad maintenance machine designed to cut rail in a high production rail gang operation. A hydraulically powered 28” abrasive saw is used to cut the rail. The rear of the machine is equipped to hold a web grinder. A winch and ramps are provided for loading the grinder. The machine is self-propelled for on track movement at speeds up to 25 mph.
